• Client agrees to provide a reasonably safe and accessible working environment.
• Client must disclose any fragile, unusually heavy, valuable, or potentially unsafe items before service begins. Hazardous materials or hazardous work will not be accepted.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the scheduled service price.
• Mareta Labor Services, LLC is not responsible for damage, pet behavior, undisclosed hazards, or unsafe conditions outside of our reasonable control.
• Accepted payment methods include Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or another mutually agreed-upon payment method.
• Payment is due before services begin, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
• Pricing may be negotiable depending on the type of work, time required, and circumstances of the job.
This Agreement represents the understanding between the Client and Mareta Labor Services, LLC. Any changes to the agreed services, pricing, or other terms should be confirmed in writing by both parties.
